How To Avoid Colds And Flu

  5. get a flu shot
  6. cough into your elbow
  7. don’t share: food, drinks, utensils, blankets, toys, or anything that could spread germs
  8. throw out toothbrushes and keep the new ones separate
  9. open doors with your elbow or foot
  10. avoid touching your face, eyes, nose, mouth, or ears
  11. change clothes and shoes and wash your hands when you get home
